“Married at First Sight” is an extreme social experiment following six brave souls who are yearning for a life-long partnership as they agree to a provocative proposal: getting legally married the moment they first meet. Four specialists – a sexologist, spiritualist, psychologist, and sociologist – will create what they believe are three ideal couples, based on scientific matchmaking. The couples will never meet or know each other until they walk down the aisle and see each other face to face, for the first time, when they get married. Each episode of “Married at First Sight” will follow the classic lifestyle stories of newlyweds – from the honeymoon to early nesting to other relatable events of married life. After several weeks together, each couple must make a decision: do they remain together or decide to separate?

Lifetime’s new docu-series “Little Women: LA” (#LittleWomenLA) chronicles the adventures of a unique group of smart, sexy and funny girlfriends with big hearts, big personalities and even bigger drama…who all happen to be little people. “Little Women: LA” invites viewers to walk in their shoes as they deal with relationships, parenting, careers and especially, the ups and downs of friendships.
SEVEN YEAR SWITCH (fyi)
Seven years marks a point in many marriages when couples find themselves restless and dissatisfied; and some even wonder what it would be like if they had picked a different spouse. In “Seven Year Switch,” four couples at a crossroads in their relationship will get the chance to live with a stranger for two weeks, in an experimental marriage, to help determine what traits and characteristics in a mate could make their marriage stronger. The eight episode series will follow four couples who have switched partners, as they put their marriages on the line, and eat, sleep and live with a total stranger. Two relationship experts will help guide the couples through the process, as they adjust to living with their experimental spouse. At the end of the month-long experiment, each of the married couples will reunite and make the decision: to either part ways and divorce, or reaffirm their commitment and renew their vows.
LITTLE WOMEN: ATLANTA (Lifetime)
Lifetime’s popularLittle Womenfranchise heads south with Little Women: Atlanta (#LittleWomenAtlanta). These new little ladies turn it up wherever they go, especially with club promoter Emily Fernandez leading the charge with identical twins, Andrea and Amanda Salinas, Bri Barlup, Ashley “Minnie” Ross and Tiffany “Monie” Cashette. The drama heats up with these friends as catfights erupt among their feisty personalities and power hierarchies. Like many friends, they deal with problems with their parents, fights over men and one little lady even has a baby on the way. When it comes down to it, this clique is not afraid to get into it with each other, but together they face the daily challenges that come with being a little person while proving they are the true queens of Atlanta.
MAN VS. CHILD: CHEF SHOWDOWN (fyi)
In each episode of “Man vs Child: Chef Showdown,” a team of five child cooking prodigies will challenge a prolific executive-level chef in the kitchen, where they will defend their culinary abilities. Will raw talent and imagination prove to be enough for the first generation of kids raised on cooking shows? Great chefs will be put to the ultimate test, against the food stars of tomorrow. Each week, a new executive chef will face off against the team of minor masters. The competitors’ overall aptitude and areas of expertise will be tested in three dynamic cooking rounds as they’re challenged to create a different dish, under unusual circumstances. In the first two rounds, a panel of judges will taste the dishes and determine which chef has created the most delicious and inspired plate. The third and final round is blind tasted and judged by a critically acclaimed master-level chef. Who will win?
MAN VS. MASTER (fyi)
In Man vs Master, unknown chefs working in the trenches of the food industry will compete for a coveted apprenticeship with a world-renowned celebrity chef – but in order to win, they will have to beat the master in a face-off first. A rotating roster of culinary masters, such as; Art Smith, Elizabeth Falkner, Jonathan Waxman, Ming Tsai and Rick Bayless, will be featured in each episode, hosted by Blais.
In each episode, three new emerging chefs will go head-to-head in challenges related to a master chef’s specialty. After two intense rounds, only one chef will remain and face the same culinary icon whose dishes they have been emulating in a third and final challenge. The master and their potential protégé will compete in a final challenge, to be evaluated in a blind taste test by the one person that an executive level chef must still impress, an acclaimed food critic.
LITTLE WOMEN: NY (Lifetime)
If fans thought the ladies of LA had challenges, wait until they see “Little Women: NY.” This group of friends navigates the Big Apple while facing obstacles that test people even of average height, including hailing cabs, catching subways, traversing the crowded streets and just about everything else that’s part of a New Yorker’s hectic life.

MY DIET IS BETTER THAN YOURS (ABC)
My Diet Is Better Than Yours” is the first weight loss competition show to put its experts to the test. “My Diet Is Better Than Yours” features celebrity trainers who coach average Americans looking to lose weight and get in shape. Each fitness expert brings a specially designed and wildly diverse diet and exercise plan in which they will work with contestants to help break down the basics and discover what works for them.
Hosted by fitness expert, Shaun T, creator of the workout phenomenon “Insanity,” “My Diet Is Better Than Yours” brings together celebrity trainers Carolyn Barnes, Jovanka Ciares, Jay Cardiello, Dawn Jackson Blatner, RD and Abel James who each introduce diet and exercise plans with the potential to change viewers’ ideas about how to shed pounds. In an interesting twist, the competitors hold the power of elimination where trainers can be sent packing if their teams do not feel that they are hitting their fitness goals. Strategies like the “cLean Momma Plan,” which promotes burning calories through performing different household chores, and “The Wild Diet” which combines a high fat diet consisting of foods primitive man would find in the actual wilderness with high-intensity workouts, give contestants’ an edge in the race to reach their goal weight.
Throughout the journey, contestants will be presented specific milestone fitness challenges designed by celebrity trainer Anna Kaiser that will test their progress along the way while learning tips and tricks to help them achieve their long-term weight loss goals.
BRIDE & PREJUDICE (fyi)
“Bride & Prejudice,” follows three star-crossed couples who desperately want to get married, but whose prejudiced family members do not approve of their unions. Viewers will meet the three couples as they decide to make a life-long commitment and get married in the face of staunch opposition from their family and friends. From an interfaith couple in Baltimore, to a gay couple in Boston, and an interracial couple from Houston – these people are all striving to show doubtful loved ones how differences in race, religion and sexual preference do not affect their ability to love and be loved.
Bringing each other’s families together may be challenging, but for the couples featured in “Bride & Prejudice,” approval is necessary before walking down the aisle. As they announce their engagements and meet the in-laws, emotions run high. Viewers will see the difficulties each couple must deal with along the way. Will familial pressure impact their upcoming nuptials, or will love of a potential spouse outweigh love of family? Will they go through with the weddings if family members don’t ultimately approve? Against all odds and in the face of bigotry, these couples will aim to prove that their relationship has what it takes to build the foundation for a long lasting marriage.

For many, there’s just one thing that they want more than anything which mysteriously eludes them – love. Viewers will follow five women, including newly single Monet Bell from season one of “Married at First Sight,” as they discover the issues that have held them back from finding a fulfilling and loving relationship.
In each episode of “Black Love,” the women will attend workshops on provocative themes related to love. With the guidance of two relationship experts, certified dating coach and author, Damona Hoffman, and psychotherapist and author, Jack A. Daniels, the women will dig deep into the issues surrounding their inability to find a mate. Viewers will see them go through a variety of dating scenarios, including finding love after divorce, same-sex relationships and interracial love. The experts will provide commentary about what each woman is doing right – and wrong – as they navigate their way through the dating scene.
GEEKS WHO DRINK (SyFy)
In each installment of Geeks Who Drink, two teams of self-proclaimed “trivia geeks” battle it out in rapid-fire quizzes that cover topics from pop culture to science fiction. Each team consists of three players – a celebrity team captain and two trivia pros. After three rounds of raucous game-play and (mostly) friendly competition, the winning team will earn bragging rights, a spot on the Geeks Who Drink leaderboard and a bevy of prizes to geek out over. The weekly series is based on the pub trivia contest of the same name, which has become a nationwide phenomenon with more than 25,000 people participating in over 600 bars across 35 states.
THE TASTE (ABC)
One blind spoonful could change everything on ABC’s “The Taste.” The cooking competition is literally all about taste. Sixteen competitors, from pro chefs to home cooks, whip up dishes attempting to impress four of the world’s most notable chefs. The catch all the dishes will be judged their creations in a blind taste test. In this pressure-packed contest, the taste in a single spoonful can catapult a contender to the top or send him packing.
BETTY WHITE’S OFF THEIR ROCKERS (NBC & Lifetime)
Forget everything you thought you knew about the older generation. “Betty White’s Off Their Rockers” takes senior stereotypes and blows them out of the water with a cast of sassy septuagenarians who are hip, sexy and ready to party! GYM RESCUE (Spike)
Randy Couture and Frank Shamrock will host “Gym Rescue,” a series in the vein of Spike’s “Bar Rescue” and “Tattoo Rescue” which will see the former MMA champions try to revive struggling gyms. Shot on location in Florida and Colorado, “Gym Rescue” will not focus solely on MMA gyms, with Couture and Shamrock taking on everything “from traditional gyms to military-style boot-camps to yoga studios.”
